Meet the 2025-2026 PTO Executive Board
President: Kristi Gerard
Hi! My name is Kristi Gerard and I am excited to be the PTO President! My husband and I have lived in Ohio since 2016, and we have a daughter going into 2nd grade and a son going into Kindergarten. This is our third year at KME and I have taken on the roles of Staff Appreciation and Vice President of Fundraising! I was also one of the Room Moms for my daughter’s kindergarten and first grade classes! My daughter is also going into her third year of cheerleading and her second year on the Sparks jump rope team! My son is also starting his first year on the red k/1 football team and just finished his Kings Teeball season! I am excited to transition to PTO President! Go Knights!

Past President: Sarah Davis
My name is Sarah Davis. My family and I have lived in the Kings Community for 16 years now, and absolutely love it! My husband, Ryan Davis and I have three children. Cameryn is a sophomore at Kings HS, Tyler is a 6th grader at Columbia, and Parker is in 2nd grade at KME. My role here at KME started small, by just attending PTO meetings, then grew as I helped with a couple small committees. I quickly realized that working these events helped me get to know so many family members and staff. I have helped plan and carry out most events here at KME (so if you have any questions…send them my way!!!) I look forward to serving as past president of this current board! Go Knights!

Treasurer: Erin Mitchell
My name is Erin Mitchell. I have 3 kids - Sophia (7th), Lucas (5th) and Hayley (3rd). I currently serve as the Treasurer and District Parent Council representative. I enjoy being involved with the school and helping making KME a wonderful place for the students and staff. Outside of PTO, I am an engineer for a medical device company. I am also a Girl Scout troop leader and can be found at a variety of youth sporting events. I am looking forward to continuing to be a part of the Kings community!

PTO Communications: Kristen Macks
Hello! My name is Kristen Macks. I have two boys- Charlie (6th) and Archie (4th). I am happy to serve on the board as Communications Secretary for my fourth year. I created this website a couple of years ago in an effort to keep parents informed about all the wonderful things happening at KME! Getting involved in the PTO is a great way to meet new people and have an impact on our kids and Kings community. Outside of the PTO, I am a high school counselor at Mason High School. As a family, we love all the sports and spending time with our big dogs, Yogi and Louie. And our cat, Stripey. And our hermit crabs, Fred and Jeff. Okay, so our house is kind of a zoo, haha. Go Knights!

In-School Programs: Erin Whittington
My name is Erin Whittington. My husband, Kurt, and I have a daughter in 10th grade, a son in 7th, and a son in 3rd grade. We enjoy traveling as a family to visit national parks, hiking, biking, and being a part of a myriad of activities including cheer, baseball, soccer, gymnastics, cyclocross, and volleyball.
I work part time as a mechanical engineer for a consulting firm, as well as substitute teacher in Kings.
This will be my 11th year as a part of KME. I have been so thankful to be a part of this school, and for all those PTO parents that have worked tirelessly in all those years.
This is my third year on the board. My primary responsibility is to organize programs to come to the school to enrich our kids learning experience. Programs range from Zoo animal visits, Cincinnati Museum Center programs, to aquarium programs.
I was slow to get involved at the school, but am so glad I have. I enjoy getting to know other parents and the staff here at KME. It is never too late to get involved!

Recording Secretary & Parliamentarian: Erin Miller
Hello! My name is Erin Miller. I am mom to 3 awesome kids here at Kings. My oldest is starting junior high, my middle at CIS, and my youngest is at KME for her 3rd grade year. I currently work at KME in the MD room as a paraprofessional. I have worn many hats in the past 8 years involved with our PTO. From a volunteer at events, to Room Parent Coordinator, to VP of Fundraising, as Chair of the school dance, and a year as President of the PTO. This year I am stepping into the role of Secretary to continue supporting our school. I love being a part of our community and want to provide the best for our students!
