TICKET INFORMATION

Save time and money by purchasing pre-sale tickets by MARCH 9! Tickets will be ready for pickup the day of the event. Although you can purchase tickets at entry, they are more expensive than if you buy ahead of time. ***Please note that ONLY tickets are accepted at the Concession stand. Items range between 1-4 tickets.

RAFFLE BASKET INFORMATION & DONATIONS:

Basket Raffle (New this year!) - Each grade level was given a basket theme, and donations were collected. The result is an enormous mountain of FUN STUFF!!! The baskets will be on display during the Extravaganza, and the lucky winner of each basket will be drawn towards the end of the event. Aside from these 5 grade level baskets, we will have dozens of smaller raffle baskets as well!

DONATIONS: Any and all donations are appreciated! Please scroll down to see each grade level's theme. Parents can donate items or monetary donations are also appreciated. Your room parent may have more information on this, so please contact them with any questions.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 

• 11:00am - 2:30pm - Free Bus Shuttle Runs from High School to KME (ONLY Handicap and volunteer parking at KME)

  
  

• 11:00am - 2:00pm - Concessions, carnival games, inflatables, face painting, cake walk

  
  

• 11:00am – 1:30pm BINGO

  • Bingo: The media center will be transformed into a BINGO room.  KME teachers and staff will be calling BINGO numbers during the event.  Separate prizes given after each session. Kids and adults are welcome. Bingo cards can be purchased from presale or day at the event. (No food or drinks will be allowed in the media center.)

  • Front row seats to grade level music concerts, Gily artwork, and lunch with Mrs. Rosekrans are just a few more examples of what will be in the raffle baskets

PARKING INFORMATION:

Free Shuttle and Parking at High School Again this year we will offer a free shuttle and parking at the parking lot in front of Kings High School. Please note, there will be NO parking in the KME lot or grass except for volunteers who are working or the Disabled parking spots. The shuttle will be running the entire time of the Extravaganza.
